Miley Cyrus was photographed in London on Sept. 11 while leaving her hotel in an outrageous attire. She's making the promotional rounds for her forthcoming album Bangerz in London. She was wearing a black bra top and a black sheer pants that looks like for half man and half woman costume. The pants has a loose trouser look on one leg and a sheer skinny-pant cut on the other that's see-through revealing that she's not wearing any underwear.
